Returns & Exchange Policy

You may exchange an *item within 30 days of receiving the product (by delivery or  an in-store pick up) provided the merchandise is un-opened, unused, in its original packaging and condition and the original sales receipt is presented.   Just drop by one of our numerous Sleep Factory locations conveniently located across Ontario.  For online purchases please contact our Customer Service team and they will be happy to serve you.

Sorry, we do not accept returns or exchanges on furniture items including and not limited to: beds, headboards, footboards, daybeds, bunk beds, futons, dressers, bed frames or any discounted merchandise.  For all other furniture items a 30% re-stocking fee may apply.

Items that cannot be returned or exchanged include;  all pillows, mattress pads and protectors, sheets and any other small items we may choose to add on to our product line-up.

All refunds or balances on exchanges will be credited in the original form of payment with any applicable shipping fees deducted.  You will be responsible for paying any balance due upon exchange if the retail price of the new item(s) selected is greater than the retail price of the returned item(s). Once the product has been returned and a representative has confirmed the status of the product, your refund will be processed back onto the original card used for the purchase. This typically occurs within 5 business days of the pickup. Standard processing time for the funds to be posted by your bank is 3-5 business days

If you received a damaged product, please contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours of your delivery, and they will be happy to assist.

If you are not satisfied with your mattress purchase after sleeping on it at home our sleep guarantee gives you 60 days from delivery to exchange your mattress for one that’s just right for you – hassle free.  Please refer to our Sleep Guarantee for complete details.  No returns or  exchanges on a custom size or custom made mattress, box or other custom item.
