You may exchange an *item within 20 days of receiving the product (by delivery or in-store pick up) provided the merchandise is un-opened, unused, in it's original packaging and condition and the original sales receipt is presented.   Contact your sales representative at one of our numerous Sleep Factory locations conveniently located across Ontario.  For online purchases please contact our Customer Service team and they will be happy to serve you 905.206.1550

100 NIGHT SLEEP GUARANTEE

If you are not satisfied with your mattress purchase after sleeping on it at home, our sleep guarantee gives you 100 nights from the day your mattress is delivered or picked up in-store to try it out.  Exchanges will only be allowed if a good quality new mattress protector was purchased and used with the mattress.  If during this time you are unhappy with your mattress you are able to exchange your mattress for one that’s just right for you.  You will be charged the difference if the retail price of the mattress is greater than the mattress you are returning.  No exchanges or refunds allowed on custom size or custom made mattresses, boxes, and any other custom size product.

For all furniture items including beds, exchanges are available within 20 days of receiving the product and in it's original packaging. Furniture returns are subject to a re-stocking fee.  Please contact our customer service team for further details.

For all accessories (including linens) returns and exchanges are allowed on un-opened and unused items in their original packaging. 

All refunds or balances on exchanges will be credited in the original form of payment with any applicable shipping fees deducted.  You will be responsible for paying any balance due upon exchange if the retail price of the new item(s) selected is greater than the retail price of the returned item(s). Once the product has been returned and a representative has confirmed the status of the product, your refund will be processed back onto the original card used for the purchase. This typically occurs within 5 business days of the pickup. Standard processing time for the funds to be posted by your bank is 3-5 business days

If you received a damaged product, please contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours of your delivery, and they will be happy to assist.
